Get support easily from anywhere inside Novocall's platform. You can find our chat button at the bottom-right corner of every Novocall pages. It will notify our product team, and we'll get back to you shortly within our office hours.

To start, click to open the chat button and start typing your inquiries or issues you need help with.

You'll see a notification in the chat button once you receive a response. Continue the conversation as needed. Your conversation in one chat is saved as one ticket.

To submit another ticket, click the back button (<). In the Conversations window, create a new conversation by clicking the write icon at the top-right corner.

Tips to better support response time and quality:

  • Send us a chat from the related page you're having an issue with. It will help us to navigate to the issue more quickly and precisely.

  • Attach a snippet or recording if necessary to give us a clear picture of the process you're going through.
