You may access this via "Inbound" > "Call Reps" >"Working Hours" tab
After selecting "Edit", you may edit the working hours of each agent.
Important:
The "Summary of Working Hours" shows the entirety of working hours of all the call representatives.
To visualize the working hours of each call rep, hover your cursor over each call rep.
