You may access this via "Inbound" > "Call Reps" >"Working Hours" tab


After selecting "Edit", you may edit the working hours of each agent.


Important:

  • The "Summary of Working Hours" shows the entirety of working hours of all the call representatives.

  • To visualize the working hours of each call rep, hover your cursor over each call rep.
