Yes. Company and assigned Call Representative will be notified of the scheduled call via email immediately. An email notification will be sent 5 minutes before the scheduled call to remind the call representative. An SMS will also be sent to the customer if he/she using a mobile phone.

Change Notification Email for Company

To change the notification settings for Company, change the "Notify Email" or include additional email recipient by adding in an email separated by a comma.


For example: "sales@novocall.co, support@novocall.co"

Change Notification Email for Individual Call Representative

To change the notification settings for Call Representative, change the email tagged to the rep.
