Your TimeSync account may be downgraded to the free Solo plan for one of these circumstances:

  • You purposely choose to downgrade from the Pro plan to the Solo plan,

  • You've passed your trial period of the free Pro plan without upgrading, or

  • You're under Pro plan but the recurring payment fails. In this case, a payment failure notification will be sent immediately to your email. Our system will perform retry attempts three times over one week to process your payment. If these attempts fail, you will be automatically downgraded to the Solo plan.


If you're downgraded to the Solo plan, these changes will follow:

  • You will only be entitled to one meeting type. If you have already created more than one, they will still be active and you can use them. However, if you deleted it, you will not be able to create more.

  • Your connected Pro integrations (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hubspot CRM, and Salesforce CRM) will be disconnected. Don't worry, we will save your settings so once you upgrade, you will not have to set things up all over again.

  • You will lose access to qualification feature. If you have set a qualification rules for your meeting type, they will remain as it is but you will not be able to edit them.


Considering to downgrade? If the changes mentioned above didn't change your mind, maybe this will:

  • Unlike the trial period where you can create up to three meeting types, under Pro plan you can have unlimited meeting types

  • Remove Novocall TimeSync branding

  • Get SMS notification each time you receive an appointment
