Under Call Settings, you'll be able to set up call sequence, caller ID, schedule settings, allowed countries, blacklists and follow up settings.


Calls Tab

Here is where you edit general settings for your calls.

  1. Call Sequence : You can select who to ring first.

  2. Voice message : You can edit what message the call rep and customer will hear when they answer the call to indicate the incoming call is from your widget.

  3. Caller ID : Choose what number to display to the customer and to the call rep when a call is initiated.

  4. Press to Answer (Customer) : When a customer receive a call, he/she will have to press any key before answering a call, to prevent their voice mail from answering the call. This is when they have voice mail activated.


Caller ID

Here's how you set what number to display to the customer and to the call rep when a call is initiated.


1. Adding A Caller ID

To add and remove phone numbers that can be set as the caller ID, go to Settings > Call Settings.


In Calls tab, scroll down to find Caller ID Numbers section.


Click on + Add Caller ID. You can only set a verified number as Caller ID. You can choose your verified number or verify a new number.

Once verified, you can set it as the displayed number.


2. Setting Up Caller IDs

To set what number to be displayed to your call rep and your customer, scroll up in the same tab. You can set a different number for call rep and customer.


Don't forget to click Update to save your setting.
