Set your widget's texts and required fields for different scenarios.

What you say to your visitors is most crucial to make them give you a call. You can customize what you say to them in all 4 sections of the Novocall Widget.


Customizing the text display of the widget could be found in Inbound > Widget Settings > Content.


If you'd like to only show some pages, you can simply turn the page on and off. You can find this setting for each page inside their widget content setting box.



Call Now Page

When visitors click on the widget, the Call Now page will be shown first.



Call Now Text

You'll be able to customize the Text Display. Make the necessary changes by opening the "Call Now Page" box. The default text will be "Would you like to receive an instant callback now?".


You can also add email and name as a required field and add some custom fields to collect information from the leads.



Schedule Page

If your visitors visits your website after-hours, or if they choose to click on the "Call Me Later", the Scheduled Call Page will be shown.

You'll be able to customize the Text Display. The default will be "Would you like to schedule a callback?"



Email Required Field

For scheduled calls, it's recommended that you add email as a required field, so that we can send email notifications to the scheduled caller.


Message Page

If your visitors visits your website after-hours, or if they choose to click on the Message Us", the Message Page will be shown.


Message Text

You'll be able to customize the Text Display. The default will be "Send us a message and we will get back to you."

Chats Settings

By adding Chats, you provide an additional avenue for your visitors to contact you. To enable the Chat button, you'll need to connect your messaging account. Learn about chat integration here.
