Access Call Tracking general settings by navigating to: Call Tracking > Settings


Here are the customizable settings you can adjust for Call Tracking.


1. Default Phone Number


    Our call tracking code will detect where the lead is coming from. Then, Dynamic Insertion Technology will swap the number shown in the element with the assigned number, if they are coming from one of the campaigns you are tracking. If they are coming from an untracked source, the default phone number will be displayed.


2. CSS Phone Number Element

    Insert the CSS element in the field if you want the campaign phone number to be shown in a particular HTML element in your website. 


3. Auto Detection

    If you turn on the auto detection, all elements that is a phone number in your website will be replaced with campaign phone number. If you wish the campaign phone number to be only shown in the specific element, you can disable auto detection. This feature is only available for US numbers.


4. Caller ID (Agent)
     Select what number to display in your agent's phone when they receive a lead call through Novocall Call Tracking.


5.  Number Format

 

    Select the number format of campaign numbers that will be shown in your website.


6. Call Recording


    Turn on the toggle to record calls made through Novocall. Access and download recording at Leads page and your integrated CRM.
