Sync your leads between TimeSync and Hubspot, and follow up on them within the Hubspot CRM.

Want to integrate TimeSync with Hubspot to streamline your workflow? With the Hubspot CRM integration, you can choose how to sync contacts between Novocall and Hubspot, and be notified of new events right from the Hubspot interface.


1. Register a HubSpot Account

Select the event you want to link with your Hubspot CRM on the TimeSync Dashboard. Open the event box to see event panels and navigate to Integrations > CRMs.

Click on the HubSpot card to register a HubSpot account


Click the on/off toggle to receive a notification on HubSpot for new appointments. You can also set up whether contacts should be synced with HubSpot, and if so, in which direction(s).

Upon clicking on Create, you'll be redirected to HubSpot. Select which HubSpot account you would like to integrate with, and accept the permissions to allow Novocall to send and receive data to and from your HubSpot account.


2. Display at Hubspot

Navigate to any contact, click on Filter activity and check Novocall under Integrations. This allows Novocall notifications to appear in your contact's timeline events.


On the right hand panel, you can find a Contact via Novocall card that allows you to call the lead directly via Novocall.


3. Editing Settings

You can change the notifications you receive on HubSpot back at the integrations page.


In order to remove the Contact via Novocall card and remove the Novocall integration with HubSpot, you'll have to navigate to Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps on your HubSpot dashboard.
