Integrating Zoom with your TimeSync event will allow you to automatically generate a unique Zoom link in each meeting scheduled for that particular event. Note that for each event, users can only have one conversation integration. This will be the platform where your meetings are conducted.

Before you start, make sure you are logged in to your Zoom account in your device/browser. You must have a Zoom account to use TimeSync with Zoom.


Once your Zoom account is ready, connect your zoom account to TimeSync by following these easy steps.


Connecting Zoom To TimeSync

  1. Go to your TimeSync dashboard.

  2. Select the event you want to connect to Zoom and click on it to open the inside tabs.




  3. Navigate to the 'Integrations' tab and scroll to find Zoom option under Communications category.




  4. Click to open zoom integration pop-up.



  5. Hit the 'Connect' button.

  6. You'll be redirected right to authorization page if your Zoom is logged in. Give TimeSync (Novocall) access to Zoom by clicking on 'Authorize' button.


    If you're not logged in to Zoom, sign in page will appear. Sign in and repeat the process over from the beginning.


  7. Zoom is now successfully connected. You can see the 'connected' status at the Zoom card in Integrations tab.



Now that your Zoom is linked, enable link generation automation.

  1. Go to the Settings tab.

  2. Under Event Details, find Location drop-down.

  3. Select Zoom.

  4. You're done!


Test Zoom Link Automation

To make sure auto-generation is working properly, let's book a test appointment.

1. Open your scheduler booking page. You can find the link under the Installations tab.

2. Book a sample appointment.


Your automation is success if these things follow the scheduled event.

  1. You and your invitee received an email notification informing meeting details and link to Zoom meeting room.

  2. The scheduled event is updated in your Zoom Meetings page.

Disconnecting Zoom Integration

To disconnect Zoom from your TimeSync event, follow the same steps to find Zoom Integration pop-up box.

  1. Navigate to the 'Integrations' tab and scroll to find Zoom option under Communications category.




  2. Click to open zoom integration pop-up.

  3. Instead of 'Connect' button, you'll find 'Disconnect' button. Click it and your automation is disabled.
