Sync your Outlook Calendar with your TimeSync Event

Connecting your calendar with your scheduler will help to prevent your agendas to collide and automate events update in your calendar. Learn how to link your Outlook calendar with TimeSync event.

How it works

Novocall sits on top of your connected Outlook calendar, and checks for events. It will interpret such events as conflicts, blocking out the meeting time slot and prevent visitors from scheduling new meeting.

Thus, when you add events to your Outlook calendar, as long as you ensure it is marked busy and not free/available, Novocall will see it as a conflict and block it out.

How do I link my Outlook calendar?

  1. Select the event you want to link to your Google Calendar.

  2. Go to Integrations tab.

  3. Click on Outlook Calendar to show integration pop-up.

  4. Click on connect button.

  5. Sign in to your Microsoft account.

  6. Done! You're synced to your Outlook calendar.

Unlink your Outlook calendar

To open the setting box, follow the same steps above until the integration pop-up appears. This time, instead of connect button, you will find function to edit your Google Account settings as follows.

Click edit and configuration box will show. To disconnect your calendar, hit 'unlink' at the right-top of the pop-up window.
