To be able to automate phone meeting, you are required to have a subscription to Novocall Conversations inbound solution.


To set-up the automatic callback at the scheduled time, follow these steps.


1. Set the meeting location as Callback


2. Click 'Update'


3. Open the event from your dashboard


4. Navigate to Integrations tab


5. Under Integrations page, click on Call Back. For every event, you can only have one communication integration



6. Fill in the number you will use to receive the call for the meeting. From here you can click update and go with our default settings or you can customize it by clicking 'Advance Settings'

If you clicked on Advanced Settings, you'll see this pop-up.

From here you can set whether you want to use the call recording feature.

Call Sequence determine who to first call will be initiated to.

You can also set any voice messages you and your attendee first to hear once they picked up the call.

You can choose what number to display to you and your attendee when the call is initiated under Caller IDs setting.

Select countries that you allow calls to and from.

Once you've done, click Update to save your settings.
