From your TimeSync dashboard, click on "Create Meeting". You’ll be directed to the event set-up page as below.


In Event Details tab, create your event name and description. You can set-up event location based on the connection type. You can set the meeting type as an automated phone meeting by choosing Callback, or you can choose to connect through Zoom or Google Hangouts.


Once set, click Next and you'll be directed to Availability tab. Here you can choose your timezone and add your availability hours.


Next, set-up your schedule settings.

  • Event interval sets the interval of time that an event can be scheduled. In your calendar, the time options will be made every specific amount of time you set as an interval. 
  • Schedule buffer time prevents you from last minutes bookings, giving a space of time before someone can schedule an event with you. 
  • Schedule days sets the number of days that is bookable from your calendar.

Go next to Question for Invitee tab. Here you can select what information you require from the invitees by turning the button on and off. You can also add customized questions with different questions types.


Lastly, click Create Event and it will appear in your dashboard. You can instantly copy or open your calendar link and try to schedule from your calendar. Then, you're good to go!
