Receive real-time notifications regarding your calls, messages and schedules on Microsoft Teams. Follow these simple steps to set-up Novocall integration to your Microsoft Teams.
From Conversations, go to Settings > Integrations page. Scroll down to find Microsoft Teams Integration card under Notifications category.
Click to open the card, the setting fields will appear.
Select which events you want to send the notifications over to your Microsoft Teams.
To get the target URL, go to your Microsoft Teams account.
Go to the Teams page, select the team you want to integrate to.
Open the Team settings (click on the three dots icon inline with teams name), select connectors.
Hit Configure button of Incoming Webhook option.
Input the name, and click Create.
A link will be generated. Copy the link and paste to Novocall.
Done!
