Under Contacts tab, you'll find list of all leads history who have interacted with you from your website. The maximum number of days in history recording your contacts will be depending on your plan. A free plan will record up to 30 days history.
To view interaction history with a particular contact, click view.
You can also add a new contact by hitting "New" button at the top-right of your Contacts page.
You can export Contacts to your CRM software by integrating them to Novocall. Learn how to set-up integrations here.
